Serbia is set to compete in Group C alongside England, Denmark, and Slovenia. Their first match is against England, led by Gareth Southgate, on June 16 in Gelsenkirchen.

The squad will also feature ex-Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic, who now plays in Saudi Arabia, and Juventus forward Dusan Vlahovic. These players are expected to strengthen Serbia’s attack under the guidance of coach Dragan Stojkovic. This tournament marks a historic moment for Serbia, as it will be their first time participating in the Euros as an independent nation.

Serbia narrowly missed qualifying for Euro 2020, losing to Scotland on penalties. Although they have qualified for four of the past five World Cups, their last appearance in the European Championships was in 2000 when they competed as FR Yugoslavia with Montenegro.
